Straightforward rental conditions, written to be understood before you sign anything.
Eligibility
Drivers must be at least 19 years old for standard categories and 25 or older for luxury, premium and sports categories.
An original physical passport and a valid physical driver's license from your home country are required at delivery. Credit card payments also require a copy of the passport and of the card.
Reservations
Reserve your vehicle today to lock in your dates and rate. The remaining balance is settled at delivery, with every charge explained in advance.
Reservations are confirmed once availability is verified by our team.
Insurance
Full Cover is recommended and covers damages. Theft of the vehicle is not included.
Traffic fines, tolls and violations incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the driver.
Use of the vehicle
Mileage is unlimited within the Dominican Republic. The vehicle may not leave the country or be sub-rented.
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. Extensions can be arranged by WhatsApp subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least one month in advance are refundable. Later cancellations carry a 25% charge, and there is no refund once the vehicle is in use.
